Returns & Exchanges
At Southern Pour By Kelly, every piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because many of our creations are one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or decided the piece isn't what you expected.
We will gladly make things right if:
- You receive an item that is not the item you ordered.
- The item was significantly misrepresented in the listing, such as an incorrect size, color, or description.
- We made an error in your order.
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to determine the best solution.
If the return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition and securely packaged. Southern Pour By Kelly will cover the return shipping costs when the mistake or misrepresentation is ours.
Please note that handmade resin pieces may have slight variations, tiny imperfections, color differences, bubbles, or other characteristics that are a natural part of the handmade process. These are not considered defects or misrepresentation and are not grounds for a return.
All sales are final unless the item was incorrectly sent or significantly misrepresented.
